Delivery and returns

Delivery within the United Kingdom

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery time depends on the courier and service you select. Any quoted courier transit time starts when the parcel is dispatched; printing and preparation time is additional.

Available couriers, services and delivery charges are shown in your basket before payment. Production estimates are listed under Expected Lead Times on our home page. We deliver without undue delay and within 30 days unless we agree a different delivery period with you.

If your parcel is late, lost or damaged in transit, contact us. When we arrange delivery, responsibility remains with us until you or a person you nominate receives the goods.

The basket selects the parcel category using item quantity and the minimum parcel size of the products. Other available services, including Royal Mail, and the final postage charge are shown in the basket.

Changing your mind

For standard catalogue goods, you can cancel before delivery or tell us you wish to cancel up to 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, it starts after the last item arrives.

Send the goods back without undue delay and within a further 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct return postage cost for a change of mind. Please pack the item safely and keep evidence of posting. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory cancellation right.

Email [email protected] or write to the address below. You may use the optional cancellation form or any other clear statement. Our prior approval and a return authorisation number are not required to exercise your cancellation right.

Refunds

For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and the basic outbound delivery charge for the order. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the extra cost above basic delivery is not refundable.

Where goods have been delivered, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. For cancellation before dispatch, the refund is due within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

We use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without refund or restocking fees. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Contact us if an item is faulty, incorrect, damaged on arrival or not as described. We bear the reasonable cost of returning such goods and will help arrange the return.

For faulty goods you normally have a 30 day short-term right to reject for a refund. After that, repair or replacement and, where the law provides, a price reduction or refund may be available. These rights continue beyond the change of mind cancellation period and also apply to personalised goods.

Personalised and bespoke products

The change of mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. We identify such products before you order.

A standard catalogue item remains covered by our standard returns terms when we print it after you place the order. Choosing an option from our standard colour menu does not automatically make an item personalised. Your rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed are unaffected.
